Usually I find these dresses at antique malls and they are lots of $$$ but I found this piece at the local salvation army for $4, yes!
It can worn loose or tied, for more definition. It has very faint staining, still completely wearable. I have quite a few 1920s dresses, but this is definitely in my top 5 for favorites!
By the way, I thrifted for about 5 hours and found NOTHING else that day 
1920s Gambling Chuck-a-Luck Bird Cage with Dice
This vintage gambling device from the 1920s is called a bird cage or chuck-a-luck, used with three-dice games such as chuck-a-luck or hazard. It could also be used with the currently popular game, cee-lo.
I was told this was used in a 1920s speak easy during Prohibition, though it might be from the 1930s; the hand-made look of this might argue for the earlier era.
